Police raid: Another arrest today
David Martell is led to a police cruiser this morning. Ten SAPD officers stormed his home at approximately 6:05 a.m., breaking through the door. Drugs and a shotgun were seized from Martell’s home.

City budget, special items top the ballot

ST. ALBANS CITY — On Monday night the St. Albans City Council approved a March Meeting Day ballot asking voters to approve a $6.9 million budget and three separate bond articles.
The city will ask voters to approve a bond for $1.2 million to reconstruct the Fairfax South Reservoir Dam and a pump house.
